The First Ever...Female NBA Head Coach?

Well....maybe.   We are sure betting on it.  Sure...we have long been a "non-fan" of women's

basketball.  College or the WNBA.

Face it....like it or not...it's the truth.  A good high school boys basketball team ...would run a WNBA team off the court. Beat 'em like a drum.

That said...it gives us great pleasure to announce the first ever female head coach of an NBA team.

No...it has not happened yet...but it will.   And soon.  Rebecca Lynn "Becky" Hammon is an assistant coach for the San Antonio Spurs.   The players respect her.  Her boss...one Gregg Popovich  has given her his blessing.   So much so....he let her be the head coach in the summer league.   And all she did was lead the Spurs to a championship this week.

Becky...we have your back.   We know...sooner than later...you'll get your chance to lead grown men...in the "Association".
