Love & Divorce.....NBA Style....Again....& Again

Dennis Rodman FINALLY DIVORCED

Dennis Rodman is officially a single man -- finally agreeing to sign his wife's divorce papers after battling her for 8 years.
Michelle Rodman initially filed for divorce in 2004 -- then filed again in 2012 after a failed attempt at a reconciliation. We're told Dennis had been fighting her for years about agreeing to sign off on the split.
But in new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Dennis has finally relented -- putting his John Hancock on an agreement to dissolve his marriage once and for all.
There are still some financial issues to work out -- namely the $800,000 in back child support Dennis allegedly owes -- but for all intents and purposes, they're both officially single.
As for the primary motive behind re-filing the papers -- Michelle's attorney Mary Ann Noiroux tells TMZ, Michelle just wanted closure for the kids.
Dennis and Michelle got married in 2003 on Dennis' 42nd birthday. They have two children together -- a son and a daughter.

Hump Day.....News & Views
In this small southern college town.....it is the last Wednesday of March. Spring has sprung....all is well.
Well......sort of......an awful lot is happening outside our sports world.
Had lunch with my daughter........she of 9 months of pregnancy..... a beautiful thing.
Had to be there for a friend in need.....a sad thing...Coping through a family crisis......
Had to work......a double double.......that's a tiring thing.
But.......we're still humping!

Things ....We Learned......From the Week-end
In this small southern college town.....there was....this morning......a slightest of slightest hint...of fall in the air.
65 degrees felt awfully good. No humidity....a crisp breeze....

Flipping Out.....And Over
Mr. Rodman.....is one lucky human being:
Dennis Rodman Involved in Massive Car Wreck
TMZ has learned Dennis Rodman was involved in a terrible car accident this weekend -- in which his car flipped three times -- but walked away with just a scratch on his finger.
Sources close to Dennis tell TMZ the former NBA star was the passenger in a green Range Rover traveling on I-95 in Fort Lauderdale, FL ... when one of the tires blew out. We're told the car flipped three times and Dennis had to be pulled from the car by a few good Samaritans who had stopped to help.
We're told the people who helped pull Dennis out of the wreckage later asked for autographs ... but Rodman politely declined.
Rodman's friend was transported to a local hospital and treated for head injuries.

Happy Halloween!!!!
Leave it to Dennis Rodman to bring Halloween in with a bang. The former Detroit bad boy was recently seen in this garb celebrating the trick-or-treat season a tad bit early. 
We would like to remember the Rod Man as he looked when he first came out of college to play for the Pistons as a mild mannered , hard working , young rebounding machine. Dennis......was it that hard.....just to be Dennis? We hope you find your happiness......somewhere.....someway.
