A rather....uneventful couple of days....but ....it was a week-end just the same.
And.....what did we learn?
Soccer.....will always be a second class sport....in our beloved USA. Face the facts.....We're just not as good as the other countries....in this sport. Why? Simple. Our best athletes play football (pigskin style), baseball, basketball......and hockey. Soccer? No TV time-outs.....No half time......the clock runs up--not down....Soccer? It's just un-American:

Baseball......America's Pastime? Maybe.... MLB has made an impressive come-back this year. The inter-league play has been exciting....to say the least:
