When the clock struck 12:00.....this "Cinderella" ......turned into the nightmare that was...
Frankly.....embarrassing.....
For a championship game.......we gave it a 1.5........out of a possible 10.
Neither team shot particularly well......but ......Butler....couldn't hit the broadside of that proverbial barn.
It was ugly.
It was bad......
And ......I stayed up ......to watch .....this?
68 teams started this "March Madness".......1 and 1/2......finished it.
We congratulate UConn........You may not be the best team.....but you won the tourney.
As for Butler?
Savor this headline from your home town paper.......for the rest of us.....think you just tanked.....
