We don't get it. And....it happens at every Atlanta Hawk game at Philips Arena. Game time....7:30 pm. 7:30 pm......and there's nobody in the arena....... a third filled if that. Why? Then.......with about 3 minutes left in the 1st half.......the seats are filled. Again.....why? Is Atlanta on ..."CPT" (colored people time)?
