The "Trump"...is A..."Clown"?

So says the New York Daily News.  And they should know.  When we last looked...The Trump Towers...were towering over New York City.

From time to time we like to go beyond sports...  Dabble in a little politics.  Donald Trump.  Billionaire...Wants to be your next president of these United States of America.

Really?

It will never...ever  happen.   Too much baggage.  Too much ego.   Too much bad hair!

And...too many headlines to come ...like this one today:

Blacks...being..."Uncouth"

Everyone has an opinion...regarding what happened in Ferguson, Missouri.

A grand jury refused to bring charges against the police officer who shot an un-armed  black teenager.

Most black people I know...while we don't necessarily agree with the decision...We applaud the process.

The legal process.   The legal process many blacks gave their lives...for us to benefit from.

It's the "Niggas"...and the thugs...who don't get it.   They are the ones burning cop cars and  businesses....Some even black owned!

Yes...you are really standing up for ...and making a statement for...Michael Brown...as you rush out of a looted store with 5 pairs of "AirJordans"  in your possession.

And it's real smart...to burn police cars...which your tax dollars paid for.   Burning down your own neighborhood....

For the cause...

Really?

Here's what out dear friend,  Charles Barkley had to say...

Good Strategy..or Bad Sportsmanship?

The Brooklyn Nets were out of time-outs in last night's game with the Los Angeles Lakers...but  Jason Kidd had a unique trick up his sleeve.   Or in his hand...As this video shows.

The Beasts....Of the East

The New York Yankees were supposed to have an off year.   Too old...too many injuries.  Too tough a division.

Well somebody forgot to tell it to  the "pinstripes".   When all is said and done...these are still the Yankees.

That mystique....that history....that pride.

The team we love to hate...is playing some damn good baseball.

O. J. Looking a bit Old....and Rough!

If it wasn't for the fact that Orenthal James Simpson....brutally murdered two people...and got away with it....we might throw a little sympathy his way.

Here's a man that was too stupid to stay out of jail.   After the murders,  he was still a free man.   Then he gets jail time for armed robbery...stealing back some of his memorabilia.

Is a Heisman Trophy worth nine to 33 years?

That karma thing is something else.  God don't like ugly.

"Clueless" in Seattle

Last night on Monday Night Football...on the last play of the game...a funny thing happened.

The Seattle Sea Hawks beat the Green Bay Packers on a "Hail Mary" pass that looked to most of us like an interception.  One ref ruled it that way....while another ref signaled a touchdown.

These refs are replacement refs.......The regular refs are locked out in a contract dispute.

Here's how the headlines across American looked this morning:

What Happened to all that...Money!

He made 100 million dollars.......in 5 years...

Paid 20 million for this house.......owes 14 million for this house...

House was sold....for 7 million.

Some things just don't add up.   I'm not a math major......but....this is some shit.

Maybe This Will Shut Up.....the Fat Man

We're loving this.....with our never ending dislike for New York Jets head coach,  Rex Ryan.......this is a wonderful thing.

The big mouth.....the fat turd.......the "in your face" idiot......may have coached his last game in New York.

New Yorkers can stand a lot of things....but what they will never stand for......is a loser.

With all his bragging and boasting......these Jets will fail to make the play-offs.

"Nappy Headed Ho".....

What a difference four years makes.  Time....has a way of dealing with ...stuff.

That phrase,  "Nappy headed Ho"....cost a man his job.

Now.....it's just a punch line in a popular NBC sitcom.

Courtesy....New York Daily News:

Tracy Morgan turns 'nappy-headed ho' into a punchline on '30 Rock'

By David Hinckleytracy morgan.jpg

The phrase “nappy-headed ho” wasn’t a joke to radio host Don Imus, his critics or his supporters in 2007 when it got him fired from WFAN and MSNBC.

Last night on the NBC sitcom “30 Rock,” it became one.

Or at least the setup for one.

On the 100th“30 Rock” show, a double-length production even more packed than usual with inside jokes and internal references, one of the running gags was that comedian Tracy Morgan’s character, Tracy Jordan, was threatening to quit the show because he couldn’t get anyone upset at him.

That was part of a larger gag, also driven by Alec Baldwin’s Jack Donaghy character, that it’s impossible to be taken seriously when you’re a TV actor.

In any case, Morgan/Jordan lamented that one point that he had called someone a “nappy-headed ho,” but even that didn’t get people angry, “because apparently it’s okay” if he says it.

Imus triggered a firestorm in April 2007 when he offhandedly repeated the incidental description of the Rutgers women’s basketball team as “nappy-headed hos.”

He apologized, though it didn’t save his job, and since he returned to the radio in his present position as WABC morning host, he has pointedly steered away from that sort of reference.
