This Could be ....A Sweep!

Yes, it's just one game....out of a 7 game series.  But watching last night's San Antonio's win...it leads to an awful lot of questions regarding the Miami Heat.

Great game.  Close....But here's what we saw.

Miami has no answer to Tony Parker.  He drove into the lane with ease....Passed to open men...and hit crucial after crucial jumpers.

Team defense.  San Antonio did not shut the big three down (LeBron, Dwayne, & Bosh)...but their team oriented defense limited those Miami runs...those 10-0....15-2 runs.   Miami could not get out on the fast breaks.

Yes, it's just one game....but the Heat is in big trouble.

In this small southern college town...We had a great Father's Day!   Friends, family and food.

With a few drinks mixed in.

Some "stuff" to ponder...from the week-end:

Are you as tired of Tim Tebow....as we are?

Love & Divorce & Who gets...What

It would be a shame....to waste a dream house.

But that's about to happen.   So who gets what?  Will the house get finished?  Can you split it down the middle?

So many questions for divorce lawyers.   One thing we all know....The lawyers will get theirs.

From "Business Insider":

HOUSE OF THE DAY: Who Gets To Keep Eva Longoria And Tony Parker's Under-Construction Mansion?

Power couple Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are getting a divorce, and their dream home isn't even finished yet (via Zillow).
No one knows who gets to keep it, though the indoor basketball court and location suggest Tony will.

The newlyweds began construction on the $7 million mansion in 2008 in the exclusive Anaqua Springs Ranch neighborhood just outside of San Antonio, Texas. The neighborhood is gated and filled with custom homes that sit on one to four acres of land.

The 10,000 square foot floor plan includes all the amenities perfect for raising a family and entertaining: a guest house, a basketball court complete with Spurs logo, a volleyball court, a tennis court, a pool, and a mini water park.

Of course Eva could always paint on a Lakers logo.

A "French" Twist

So.....Eva files for divorce last week.   Not to be out done....Tony files this week.  Does this Frenchman know something we Americans don't?

Tony Parker has made a ..."point counter-point".   We love it!   You sue me?  I sue you!

Should be an interesting court battle...

From our friends at TMZ.com:

Tony Parker Files for Divorce In Texas

Tony Parker has filed his own divorce petition against Eva Longoria in Texas, TMZ has learned, and it has all the markings of a legal battle.

1119_eva_tony_ex

Tony's divorce petition was filed in Bexar County, Texas.  The stamp shows today's date.  Sources connected with Tony confirm a document was filed.

Eva filed for divorce earlier in the week in Los Angeles, CA., setting up a legal battle over where the case will be heard. Texas divorces can be handled quickly -- in as little as 60 days.

According to the petition, which was filed by initials -- W.P and E.P. -- Tony states the reason for the divorce:  "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

Here's what's interesting ... As we first reported, the couple signed a prenup, but in Tony's petition he makes no mention of it.  To the contrary, he writes, "Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate."  Since they've already signed a prenup, the word "will" is curious.

Tony's petition also states, "Petitioner owns certain separate property that is not part of the community estate of the parties ..."

Tony's lawyer did not return our call.  And no comment so far from Eva's camp. And how's this for a twist ...Tony is being represented by attorney Richard Orsinger, the same lawyer who is repping Brent Barry, whose wife was allegedly sexting Tony.
