To the shock of no one, Shaquille O'Neal has decided to call it a career. The injury-plagued final season he had surely wasn't how he wanted to end his playing days, but he can take solace in the fact that he is one of the greatest centers of all-time.

Shaq is also ended up being one of the most beloved celebrities in the world. His stardom off the court has a lot to do with his charisma and his constant presence in various media and public circles.

While living his life out loud, Shaq has compiled a long list of achievements and even picked up a lot of job experience in several career fields.

So to answer the question of what he's going to do next, Shaq can do whatever he darn well pleases.

A company that made a deal with famed, retired NFLer Tiki Barber and his wife claims Barber fraudulently passed himself off as "happily married" in order to score some quick cash.



Tricera Revolution, Inc. -- which manufacturers state-of-the-art indoor cycling studios -- alleges in a new lawsuit filed in New York and obtained by TMZ ... it made a deal with Tiki and his wife Ginny, because they were "purportedly a happily-married, celebrity couple who were known to attend indoor cycling classes together."

The company gave the couple stock in return for PR, only to learn later, "...Barber was engaged in an adulterous affair with a twenty-three year old intern, Traci Lynn Johnson and intended to divorce Ginny Barber, with whom he had already fathered two children and who was pregnant at that time with twins."

Short story -- the company claims Barber knew the whole "happily married" thing was a lie when he signed on, and now the promotion is worthless.

Tricera wants to undo the deal and get its stock back from the Barbers.

Shaq and Wife Reach Divorce Settlement

Shaquille O'Neal and his estranged wife, Shaunie have reached a settlement in their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Shaunie's mega-lawyer, Sorrell Trope, tells TMZ Shaq and Shaunie have reached agreement on all terms of the divorce, including property, custody and support.

Under the agreement, the Florida courts will have jurisdiction to officially divorce the couple. In addition, a Florida judge will handle any issues that may arise involving property division and spousal support.

Trope tells TMZ the California courts will have jurisdiction over any issues related to child custody.

As we first reported, Shaunie filed for legal separation in California back in November, just days after moving to L.A. with their kids. We've learned Shaunie just filed a petition to dismiss the separation action.
